With head chef Michael Ziernheld, you’ll delve deep into the -world of culinary delights: rather than simply sitting at a table, you’ll start in the r30 herb garden, the r30 shop or right by the produce itself – where flavour begins. You’ll then head backstage into the kitchen, where you’ll sample delicious r30 snacks whilst Michael tells you all about the producers, the ingredients and the sophisticated dishes on your plate.
