Sommelier Sonja's great passion is wine and beer. So she always tries to continue her education and to discover new, even small, wineries or breweries. As a qualified cheese sommelier, Sonja herself recommends the ideal wines and other drinks for the cheese plate - a feast for the palate. Cheese is all the rage. The selection with over 5,000 mountain farmers in South Tyrol, the award-winning Vinschger alpine dairies and the cooperatives is huge.
