Our hotel kitchen attaches great importance to the origins of the ingredients used. Therefore, the DAS GERSTL employs the "R 30 – Drhoam Guarantee" = our commitment to local products. Products and ingredients which are marked with are sourced from local producers within a radius of 30 km from us. As a result, our guests can not only enjoy dishes, but also ingredients that have the 100% made in South Tyrol branding.
Our selection covers South Tyrolean and Italian specialties, a range of beverages, including homemade juices and teas, chocolates, wines from South Tyrol and Italy as well as cocktails. We also offer high quality local spirits. We put on regular themed buffets such as the dessert buffet, which is a particularly sweet highlight, or the diverse cheese buffet.

Wine cellar
Our wine cellar is used for storing our precious wines, most of them produced locally in the Vinschgau valley. We also offer our own wine tastings which take place in the cellar. In addition to that, it is possible to book the wine cellar for private dinners.
