LOOSENED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
We want to support you in this difficult time, that’s why we loosened our cancellation conditions temporarily. Concerning bookings: In case your stay wouldn’t be possible because of Covid-19, 7 days before your planned arrival the cancellation of your reservation is at no charge. The payed deposit will be shifted to your next stay or reimbursed.

Arrival & departure
On your day of arrival, your room will be ready from 2pm. On the day of departure, your room should be vacated by 10.30am. We ask you to let us know by phone if you plan to arrive after 6pm.

Bed and breakfast on request
A charge of € 12.00 will be deducted from the half board price.
On request in the Uina double room, Uina superior double room or Suite Piz Lun for a fee of € 20.00 per day.
Cancellations are always unpleasant - for you as well as for us. We are grateful for your understanding in this matter. Room cancellations are only accepted in writing. Travel cancellation insurance protects you against any inconveniences. This safeguards you against cancellation costs and can be finalized using the following link on our homepage. Please inform us in good time! We will strive to rent out the room in any case. If not, we will have to charge 80% of the half board price (cancellation deadline 28 days before arrival). In the event of early departure, the guest shall be obliged to pay for the days they have spent in the accommodation and also 80% of the fee for the remaining days, but not for any services they have not used. Deposits are non-refundable, but are recognised as credit.
