Arrival & departure

Your room will be ready for use from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Kindly vacate it by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Please inform us by telephone if you are arriving after 18:00.

Breakfast on the day of arrival

Let us spoil you with breakfast on your day of arrival and then experience the wellness area until your room/suite is ready for you to move into - for an extra charge of € 25.00 per person.
We charge € 18.00 per person for use of the wellness area before your check-in (without breakfast).

Payment

Cash, cheque and major credit cards accepted.

Room with only breakfast available on request

A deduction of € 12.00 will be made from the price of the gourmet board.

Dogs

On request in the double room Uina Superior, double room Ortler, Suite Piz Lun for a fee of € 28,00 per day, in the Sky Suite, Yurte Suite, Rasass Suite, Valvel Suite and Marienberg Suite for a fee of € 40.00 per day (without food).

Cancellation conditions

What if everything suddenly changes and you can't go on holiday as planned? It is always unpleasant to have to cancel - for you as well as for us. Room cancellations shall only be accepted in writing. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Travel cancellation insurance covers you against any inconvenience. This protects you against cancellation costs and can be taken out through the link below on our homepage. Be sure to inform us in good time.

• Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival: free of charge
  Deposits will be refunded or recognised as credit
• Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival: 80% of the half board price will be charged
• Late arrival or early departure: 80% of the total amount of the remaining nights of your stay
