Petra's Geheimrezept

Naschkatzen aufgepasst! Das Gerstl hält immer eine Überraschung bereit!

Essen ist Liebe, dies zeigt sich besonders in der Osterzeit-ein schöner Anlass, Familie und Freunde mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten zu verwöhnen und zu zeigen, wie gern man einander hat. Wie wär‘s mit einem selbstgemachten Osterlamm aus Südtirol?
Unsere Küchenchefin Petra Patscheider zeigt Ihnen das perfekte Rezept zum Nachbacken:

Sie benötigen eine Osterhasen- oder Osterlamm Backform. Je nach Größe der Backform muss die Menge der Zutaten angepasst werden. Die angegebene Menge reicht für zwei Backformen mit 0,5 l Fassung.

Zutaten:

  • 300 g Mehrkornmehl
  • 250 g Butter (zimmerwarm)
  • 230 g Zucker
  • 5 Eier
  • 1 Briefchen Vanillezucker
  • 1/2 Briefchen Backpulver
  • Abrieb einer halben Zitrone
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • etwas Puderzucker zum Bestreuen

Zubereitung:

  • Den Backofen vorheizen.
  • Die Backform mit etwas weicher Butterleicht einfetten.
  • Die Butter, den Zucker, den Vanillezucker und das Ei schaumig schlagen. Anschließend die restlichen Zutaten langsam dazugeben.
  • So lange rühren bis eine homogene Masse entsteht.
  • Den Teig in die Osterform füllen und auf mittlerer Schiene backen.
  • Nach dem Backen auskühlen lassen, aus der Form lösen und nach Belieben mit Staubzucker bestreuen.

Backzeit:

Bei Ober- und Unterhitze ca. 40 Minuten bei 180°C, im Umluftofen bei ca. 170°C backen.
