How the Gerstl Team keeps it fit together
Sitting at home and doing nothing? That is out of the question for our Das Gerstl team! We use the time at home to recharge a lot of positive energy and enjoy the quiet moments with the family. Despite all this, the current situation is anything but easy for each of us - meeting friends, cosy get-togethers, spoiling our guests - we wish for nothing more than that. But we are in a positive mood and keep ourselves fit for you.
Twice a week, our always good-humoured sports cannon Silvia heats up the entire Gerstl team with varied sports activities via Zoom, keeping us on our toes. Did you also know that sport supplies our brain with oxygen and sufficient nutrients? This keeps us noticeably mentally alert into old age.
And it's not just exhaustion that's on the sports programme, but also a lot of fun with exercise. After a worthwhile workout, we also take the opportunity to talk to each other. We talk about time at home, what's on the menu and share news. It's always a pleasure to see all the teammates again - even if only digitally. We feel a real "WE-feeling" or simply #dasgerstlfeeling, because as the best team we have a great motivation and a common goal in mind- and that's what makes us so special.
